Management Team
Maxim 7 is owned and managed by Roy Hamilton.
Roy has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree.(Civil), he is a Member of the Institute of Professional Engineers of New Zealand and is a Chartered Professional Engineer.
Iinitially Roy worked as a consulting engineer and project manager with the BECA Group, then as Managing Director with the Davis Ogilvie Group of companies and now with his own Maxim Group of companies. Roy has broad experience with a wide range of projects from land subdivision, residential building, commerical and industrial construction, civil and structural engineering, business startups to managing teams and negotiating M&A agreements.
Throughout his career Roy has focussed on effeciency, strategy and clear actions towards outcomes. These have always been tempered with respect and trust for the people he works with and who have worked for him. His philosophy is that systems are only frameworks for people to create great outcomes: without the people there is no outcome.
