Reporting directly to the CEO this position will require absolute trust and responsibility for facilitating solutions for our clients at the highest level.
Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing professional facilitation services and expertise.
- Representing Maxim 7 in all communications with the client from initial contact, throughout the course of agreement activity, and in post-agreement consultation.
- Instructing, liaising with and monitoring sub-consultants.
- Communication with sub-consultants, job manager/director on project status and performance.
- Assistance with the management of the Maxim 7 project management team i.e. project planning, team organisation, team supervision and implementing policies.
- Leading, motivating and mentoring team members.
- Managing client relationships.
- Developing the business by building new client relationships
- Ensuring absolute confidentiality at all times of client and Maxim 7 business affairs
- Such other duties as may be required by the Directors from time to time.
